Playing a sport is a great way for children to take a break from academics and release the pent-up energy. Sports triggers the development of physical as well as mental strength in students. We at AIMS concentrate on catering to good sports, as we know that it helps to teach various skills to students like leadership, patience, patience, team efforts, and social skills.

Our physical education programs offer students the opportunity to be physically active. Physical education teaches them how to integrate physical activity into their day both now and later in life.
Exercise helps with executive functions like sequencing, memory, and prioritizing which contribute to necessary skills for success in school and life. Put simply, physical activity in school primes the brain for learning!!
